RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

At Krathi, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please read the following policy for detailed information.

Domestic Returns (Within India)


Return Window: Returns can be initiated within 48 hours of the product being delivered.


Product Condition: Products must be in their original condition, undamaged, unused, and include all labels and tags intact.

Return Approval: All returns are subject to approval.


Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after the returned product passes our Quality Check.


Quality Check: Once the product is picked up, it takes 5-7 working days to reach our warehouse. The product will undergo a Quality Check to ensure it meets return criteria. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product passes the Quality Check.


GST: All prices specified on the website for customers within India are inclusive of GST.


Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, subject to bank processing times and local laws.


Exchanges


Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed if there is a genuine quality issue with your order or if the wrong product was dispatched.


Pickup: Orders will be picked up from the original delivery address only.
Product Condition: The returned product should be undamaged, unused, and include all tags intact.


International Returns
For international orders, please contact us at support@krathi.com for assistance with returns. All costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer.

 

Non-Returnable Items


Discounted Products: No return or exchange is allowed on discounted products.
Packaging: Only products returned with proper packaging and tags will be entertained. We appreciate it if you could return the product in the original packaging to expedite the returns process and ensure safe transit.

 

Online Store Credit: If a return is approved, and a refund is not possible, we will provide online store credit after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
