Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Delivery within 4 working days.

 

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 15-30 working days. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will vary based on the destination and order weight.
Express International Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Delivery time will vary based on the destination and shipping service chosen.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with order details and tracking information.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive a tracking number via email  once your order has been shipped. Use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.
Address Changes & Order Modifications: Address changes are only valid before the order is processed. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at support@krathi.com at the earliest.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@krathi.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
